Han is wondering in the beginning if param is regretting sleeping w him and what's param's relationship w hwi. Param's on the sidewalk asked to move by the new blonde guy who then asks for his number (param refuses and leaves). Turns out the new guy knows hwi and they were meeting but obviously he's done some trash things to hwi and apologizes disingenuously
