Just based off what he said in ch36 when they were wearing traditional clothes and the way Cain seems to know Jooin, I feel like he knows him from like a past life (?) and something happened back then possibly
He kept calling Jooin master too
I feel like in their past life Cain was from a low class and Jooin saved him so he served Jooin. Thats why he ask if Jooin is happy and as long as Jooin happy he wont interfere with Jooin rls with Yahwi
