Ercella finds out that her husband Duke Harsen, Duke Garten and Grand Duke Calix has been plotting treason to put Calix as the new emperor even though Harsen doesn't gain anything from this rebellion it was already too late for him to turn back, and at the end Harsen loses his status due to the rebellion and was sent to be executed. Harsen requested to see Ercella again as his last dying wish before being executed, but by this time Ercella was already at another country (Her mother's home country, in which, there Ercella has royal status). When Harsen was sent to his destination to be executed, Ercella was waiting for him there, and that was the end of the story.
