The problem with this theory is. How can he still remember everything that happened even though he 'shifted'. People with DID tend to not recall anything when they shift personalities
You’re riiight. I didn’t consider that. Maybe it’s really just disassociated amnesia and now that he’s recalling his memory, he’s also starting to turn back to what he truly was in the past. I guess it’s really not DID since whenever he shifts, he’s still aware of the people around him.
If the plot twist turns out to be psychological related, I think Taejun might have a disassociated identity personality disorder aka muti personality disorder. It might be that he murdered the parents and now he created a different personality that did not have a memory about the murder and lives a different life. I think we can all agree that Taejun sometimes shifts into a different person, specially when Yeonwoo? (the other guy) is involved. This is also possible because the other guy mentioned that Taejun was getting back to the Taejun that he likes whenever he remembers something about the past. It’s just that Taejun was supposed to be hardworking and kind and all those good character stuff, then it flipped around after meeting the other guy. Also, I think the hands represents his conscience. Like they’re trying to choke him and forcing him to remember, and he’s hallucinating them as a reminder of what he did before. I think his reflection in the mirror, the ones who smiles and looks fckn creepy, is who he actually is or who he was in the past. Dunno I’m getting obsessed with this manwhaa. Not sure if I’m even making sense tho hahaha
