Explain someone ?

From what i understand, Kazuma is in love with Yuji but refuses to tell him and IMO Yuji feels the same (bc idk bout you but i wouldnt help my sibling get their rocks off) and is refusing to do anything until Kazuma admits that he likes him. Hence the guy at work talking about how he and the boss are together because the boss was honest.
