Hello, sorry but i’m trying to find this manga i read a long time ago on here and i forgot the name. It’s about a guy who has had this ability where he could stare eye to eye at someone, set an ill intention and then the person would be dead. He would mostly do it on accidents such as an incident where he went to a carnival with his parents or the orphanage children(can’t rlly remember) then by accident, he killed someone. Then later on in the story he becomes friends with a blind girl but then she feels betrayed and scared since they were hanging out for a long time and he hadn’t really fully described the ability he had. There is also a guy that lived in the orphanage with him who is very scared and started to target the main character with the ability later on. Lmk if you know this manga , thx!!
