On another note, one can never know what a drunk person can actually do, with one already dead with alcohol in the system, you wont know what's the degree of drunkness of the person so its automatically assumed that its hallucinogenic kind of drunk, which in that case, its entirely possible for the person to actually get naked somewhere in the public... There have been pictures on the internet about these though...

However I think the ending is slightly unrealistic. I mean Shirase was naked when authorities and medical personnel arrived. That should have immediately led to a sexual assault investigation even if traces of alcohol was found in his system. Kubo got off too easily with his disgusting betrayal of friendship and trust. A better ending for this is that Kubo finds himself in jail and gets a lil taste of his own medicine
