SUZU is a boy. Which is why En is so conflicted and finds himself gross.

I don’t think they know much about gender and sexuality yet. I think it was more the fact that he hated how girls acted around him when they “liked” him so he felt gross that he felt the same way to his friend.(we’ll deal with the stuff you’re talking about a little later since they’re still in elementary school lol XD)

I’m pretty sure their a girl unless the raws got translated wrong there are multi times where suzu was referenced as a girl
