Isn't eating grilled stuff often , not that healthy? But yeah, it's delicious, I'm salivating already....

    Once or twice a week is okay and it prolly depends on if you're using charcoal or gas first part was a google search second was me talking out of my ass

    Remember they see each other for the weekend. So they grill once or twice a week.

    That might just be an American thing because of the sauces we use.

    I doubt just cooking meat over a grill is more or less healthy than cooking it in a pan. Certainly not like frying food because of the oil.

    Well in my opinion, weekly is still quite often.. So if you guys think that it's not that frequent, than that's fine too (人 •ᴗ•)

    I don't think it's unhealthy because of the sauces.. I think it's because of the charred parts of the barbecue, and the HCA's and PAH's..

    Understandable. I mean how did our ancestors cook meat or cook anything? They grilled for the most part and we out here eating loads of unhealthy and unnatural things and we still alive lol. Thats just how I look at it

    The food or the method of cooking? Inhaling charcoal and wood fumes ain't that good and I think eating charred ain't that healthy either
