Yaoi anime

I’m trying to see if I’m delusional or not but does any one know of this old yaoi anime that was really messed up? I remember a person goes missing and they found them dead to the person who kidnapped them. I remember they were dead because the kidnapper choked them to death and it was all around tragic. The whole plot was messed up and I’m just questioning if that really was an anime or if I’m delusional and mixing up horror manga alongside messed up yaoi manga I read.
