They're not siblings, aseph's mom and the prince's mom are two different people
Aseph's mom is sophia, she has a mole on her nose
The prince's mom is silvia, as you can see in this chapter, she doesn't have mole on her face
But sophia and silvia are most likely sisters or something since they really look alike
So aseph and the prince might be cousins
