I also have a lot of manga that I mark as 'already read' and they don't disappear at all. If they are disappearing, someone might be on your account and deleting your 'already read'. If so, change your password in settings. If this is not the reason then it might just be a glitch. Contact Webmaster of you want to know more. :)

Why not make an account for a different site to keep track of what you read. It's a lot more easier and rarely ever glitches out on you.
I have marked a lot of Manga as already read.. But is it me or do they disappear ? because I read a whole bunch of the same author but they are not in my list.. And I'm sure I marked them als already read.. （/TДT)/
