My opinion is they stay in switched body in the end because remember yui made that pray when yuuta lay sick on the bed for them to be back as they were. The reason they call each other name because they both already accepted to become who they are forever its what they both wanted to be in each other body. And boyfriend is just a hint for us that the body still no change
