BL manga where one of the MC's have trust issues or similiar theme?

I'm looking for a BL story where the uke or seme depends only on himself and for some reason avoids asking for help or support in anything.

And if possible, when he's in a very serious extreme. He decides to ask for the love interest help.

PS: I'd really love it, if you recommend something that is not toxic or at least has a happy ending. <3
