Correct me if I'm wrong (￣∇￣") from what I understood, the Roman company is like the police officers of the 3rd mankind. They have enforcement pairs who are deployed first when problems arise. An enforcer and a reformer, usually devil's for enforcers and angels for reformers.
When a character goes out of control, they're the ones who respond. Hope the explanation help ヾ(☆▽☆)
maybe it's just me but i'm kinda confuse especially about their job.. what did they do actually??
