I feel like this one will also make me cry for sure but I dont think they’re similar at all. These guys were childhood friends who got separated for 10 years and the other one was that they were in a relationship for 10 years.
They feel similiar bc in both, the mcs die (Im guessing this is the case with this one as well bc he said he will depart from the world in a short amount of time)

Idk if some of u know but this and another story with a very similar name "10 years where i loved you the most" is basically the same story from what i know just drawn by different ppl, both are based on a novel with the same name. I do remember one of the manga have a slightly different ending and plot (not sure ive read the raw long ago) but i do not remember which one
