Volume 11 = the manga book will be published in the upcoming months. It includec all the chapters from the moment Asami & Akihito, Feilong and Mikhail, Aaron and Yuri set out to meet in that warehouse. There is a shot of all three groups on the end of chapter 84.
That is the end of Volume 10 and that has been out for a while.
Volume 11 starts with chapter 85 and lasted until chapter 88. That is the one published as a book next. It will very likely contain some extras as well.
This newest chapter is the first chapter of what will at some point be released as Manga Volume 12

Pray in the Abyss stretched very long it ended with the volume 11 manga which is not published yet.
I think you are confusing the chapters being published in the magazine and the volumes of the manga published later.
The story of Finder is first published in the magazine Be Boy Gold. Chapter by Chapter.
Those chapters are later put together and published in a Manga/Volume.
This newest Chapter will be the first chapter of the Volume 12 manga which will be published some time in the future. This Chapter is also the first Chapter of the Arc "Innocent Eyes".
The arc "Pray in the Abyss stretched" over several Manga Volumes (7-11 I think). That Arc ended with the last chapter before this one and with that always Volume 11 of the Manga ended which will be published in the following months.
