I think its the ability of the two girls earlier in their fight, the one with smartphone. I think the girl of the camera have the ability to create an non existent memory to make it seem like it's a true memory. So choso 'thinks' that Itadori is his brother.

Bsisnsnejsj ahhhh wait this supports my theory with itadori having the ability to alter memories somehow. Like ???? first Togou now choso like ??? I really do believe itadoris parents or blood line have something to do with this also as to why he has 'above average' strength. Maybe this is something that itadoris grandfather was trying to tell him about his parents/himself. TTTT I'm so glad itadori now has backup, this was literally gonna make me tear up bc him and the others have been through so much. I also really wanna know about the others, if they're actually dead bc their deaths really havebt been confirmed only nanami :(
