. devs father from what i could see from the raws he was a whiteman who worked beside the ukes father i think not sure but devs fathers had blonde hair and crystal blue eyes his mother fell in lover with someone other than a spinal and i all spinals didnt like him at first but they accepted devs dad after and they threw a wedding for the both and such but i think the white dukes and all had a disagreement with all this and etc tec idk what happened i dont read korean lol
