I mean, it’s still true that her body is ill since her soul isn’t one with her body yet. (=・ω・=)
Since the og Litia’s disease is in the soul, so when the soul changes and become one with the body, the illness will disappear. However, her soul will become one with the body, when she recovered all of the og Litia’s memories, which will then result for the illness to disappear. Until then, she(her body) is still technically ill and will be in poor health.

Nah, she hasn't actually said that she will die. They all make assumptions about her being in pain etc, not her fault. Would they actually ask her "are you in pain?" she would answer "no" and they would cry "SHE'S LYING TO MAKE US FEEL BETTER". Think they are just going to be relieved when they find out she's going to live.
They are making a lot of assumptions, she is just not saying anything. So in a way they are putting themselves through all that without her lol But at the same she can't very well just blurt out the body has a different soul so don't worry, especially because that new soul isn't merged with the body yet so there's still a chance for her to die (if for some reason the process is unsuccessful)
I completely agree and know that it's all based on their assumptions and know she can't fully tell them the truth and even if she did it would be distorted, like they'd assume she's just acting strong. She never intended to stay in the palace but apart of me is really glad she did cause you can see she's positively affecting them and hopefully the original owner also. I think I'm just a worrywart since I really like her and I know she won't be abandoned by her precious friends but I also don't want there to be any major conflict cause of it, but imagine if it turns out not that big of a deal like "I never said I was dying did I?" "Oh you're right, I guess we have no reason to be mad" etc ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I could also speculate there could be complications with her soul completely merging with the body and that's how they find out (cause we gotta have some level of drama relating to this, it can't just be smooth sailing the entire time lol). That way they wouldn't even think of being mad at her for not telling them, even if that was an option. Though this is just an idea of what could happen later on in the story, I don't know actual spoilers apart from who the ML is.
Yep, and honestly, telling someone "so I won't suffer from this deadly disease because my body changed souls" is pretty unbelievable, I don't think anyone can blame her for not telling them about that.
Anybody else worried for when the truth comes out that she knew she wasn’t really ill but didn’t tell them and all of them were stricken with pain and grieve ... like I keep thinking how angry they might be at her... like imagine thinking one of your closest friend was going to die only for it to not be completely true and your friend knew all along. Like I really adore her character she’s so lovable and wholesome but I’m worried about her and her friends
