If that happens we’ll lose any shred of respect for his character. It would also mean his determination not to submit or be intimidated despite the abuse he suffered, arguably his defining trait, wasn’t a strength of character, but an immature weakness he needed to get rid of in order to “truly be happy”.
And I just can’t abide by the author’s hypocrisy of letting Karino get everything he wanted in the end after the shit he’s pulled, when Azusa and Enio will have had to suffer for far less serious crimes.

yes I get what you mean she should at least give us Karino suffering chapter or two if she wants to pull that out

Two chapters isn’t going to be enough to make up for 7 volumes, and there’s not enough time to make Azusa get revenge and then fall in love an confess, while rapping up the Enio conflict.
