the one i use is proton vpn, you can get the app for both desktop and mobile! it's free (but you can also pay for premium to access more features) and it allows you to freely access a couple of different servers in japan, usa and the netherlands (the rest of the countries are for premium users)

hi hi, yeah idk why it doesn't work properly but the way i search for the raws is i go to google and type 2cx. net (without the space) and then type in the japanese title of the manga you'd like to search for!
for example if i want to search for caste heaven I'd type in the google search bar and it's usually the first link
