PREACH, like huh? and still doesn't mean if it is different time period we don't have the obligation to condemn it as rape. since no matter the century, what he did was gross. and i think people are disgusted by that old type of hierarchy of noble/lowborn. seungho may be well written, but that does not mean he is a good person. and clutching to whom he loves? seems more like an unhealthy obsession.

If that is your perspective i can respect that,but you cannot push your opinions as the correct ones to others. Also seungho is nowhere near being a good person and i think anyone acknowledges that from the first chapters. I find it absolutely immature to demand the author to make a character the way they want to and change the character consistency such as the ridiculous thought of sh bowing to nk...like wtf,do you want a good angst or do you want a parody comedy? How do you expect to go through development overnight? And btw,if you RE READ the chapters,nakyum is not scared or traumatized by seungho. He understands better than anyone has,aside jihwa,and keeps his lips sealed out of fear of no name. He knows that seungho will show that side of his and is still in shock of his traumatic experience. But seungho doesnt know that. He realised it in this very chapter,i hope you read it. He LOVES nakyum,he does not obsess over him. Im not gonna push my opinion though to you,who openly dislike his character,but know that others have other perspectives,mine is the one that the author has.
There is no way that one wont feel pity and bad for nakyum after his traumatic experience indeed..!!seungho will seal his trust on nakyum from this point. He should have already done it when he realised that nk wasnt the one that ruined the painting of sh and jihwa but he has deep trust issues and insecurities

Im condemning him as a rapist because HE RAPED as well,however this is a work of ficrion where one is able from his side and NK's side as well and become interested and invested by their character growths which is mostly on seungho's part who is very well written and in consistency unlike most yaois who lack of good character writing and are all over the place. The very reason why this yaoi got so much exposure and even trends WW weekly. If you cannot see that nakyum is infatuated by seungho and knows that he truly cares for him,rhen good for you.

part 2. umm if u rlly do look back to earlier tweets/the start of the popularity. i can assure you it was for the author's amazing art style/ or people jsut thought seungho was hot. like rlly look at earlier things abt this. but yes characters need consistency/ a constent in their personality to make this stable/good character. but they also need some sort of development/journey sooner or later, but the stage being pratically the same for almost 70 chapter can get rlly boring. and make the story not as intriguing as the begininning. it's rlly slow burn, and a lot of the plot later on has a lot of unnecessary parts/ and had a lot of openings for better things. though i believe the author's writing is fine, seungho's trope is getting old. maybe he does care, but his love is messed up/ and pls notice it does have obsessio part of it.

it's ok to like a character but excusing rape and things they did wrong is a different thing. and no, the era in which they're in is not an excuse.

Weebs,fujoshis/fundashis and manhwa/manga lovers like me. Seungho is a noble. Seungho is an amazingly well written character of an amazing well written story. Seungho is not meant to be a prince charming that you people expect when reading a typical yaoi. Seungho is a character who is meant to be understood which does,with the way author that makes us see it. Condemning him as a rapist,and saying that he should beg for forgiveness to nakyum...am i reading right..??beg for forgiveness?a noble?to a lowborn?not only a lowborb but a man who is under seungho's care. Going back to the prince charm element. You have all these expectations of character development. Which also includes begging on his knees...have you ever heard of characer consistency??and character development. Development doesnt happen overnight. A man who killed his subject in an instant for mistaking the painter to a man who clutches dearly the unconsious body of the person he loves. You talk about healthy relationship and rape...this would be legit if the era was different and if the character traumatized the subject. Nakyum is not traumatized by seungho. He is in fact infatuated with him. He knew that seungho loved him and that seungho had misunderstood he situation. But he kept his lips sealed because he feared dearly for his life because of the words of no name. He knows that seungho wouldnt want anything badly of him and seungho is the kind of character who shows that with his actions in his own way.
