I just finished it but there's nothing that really explains why they look alike, but they're not twins for sure. (Spoiler alert) They're not twins because yoosun is a slave while hyewon is the legitimate heir of the suh family.
they're more likely doppelgangers and its just a coincidence they looked the same

im on ch 18 but i don't get the twins situation...i read the comments saying they're not real twins but why do they look alike? is that ever explained ??
