A Yaoi I vaguely remember with the characters being coworkers/classmates (I think it's some sort of graphic arts job/internship or class, but it's not "Senpai, Danjite Koidewa!") If I remember correctly the uke had an inferiority complex with the seme and I think sees him as a rival. He'd spend extra time on projects to reach his level. The chapters aren't complete. I really enjoyed it but forgot the title.
