I don't think the art quality has gone down

I think the quality has gone down from the first volume. It's still good but the way the hair is drawn is stiffer now and there seem to be less details.

Why dislike? It's not a dig on the manga. Art quality varies between the chapters in every manga.

I think they're using it as a "I disagree" rather than a literal dislike since we can't upvote answers saying it's fine. I haven't noticed any drops in quality.

Oh, I get it now. I thought people were really sensitive or something. Hahaha I guess it's just me then.

yass, i personally am using it as a disagree button instead of actually "disliking" the comment, i mean, everyone is entitled to their own opinions so who am i to judge LOL good day yalls~

Hmm then probably because the first chapters are usually pre-drawn, and the ones that come out each month/week are usually a bit rushed because they have the time limit.
