Dont delete all of your history keep some there but of course those should be the 'innocent' things and searches, and if you dont have ANY innocent searches, than delete your yaoi ones and add other ones. I'm pretty sure they won't notice that much, anyway good luck!
I also recommend searching key things up in your history that you dont want so you can delete it!

UHH I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS GONNA BE MUCH HELP, BUT UHHH quickly go through your history and delete all this stuff one by one and then go search up random...normal stuff..tf..uh anime, kpop, drama, movies, what to do when bored, math questions, horoscope, personality tests, anything....cooking recipes? Song lyrics?? Idk
In the future you should use a private browser for your yaoi needs that's what I do. So if they go to search your phone again you can just delete the app entirely then redownload it when they're done.
Ok I had gone thru this , you need to clean other Google search history too like there's 2 Google in phone one is "Chrome" other one is "Google" like this, Chrome is the one we always clean BUT... Google needs to be cleaned too cuz even tho you clean "Chrome" one your history will still be in "Google" one, I found out it recently too so hope it helps<3

What I've done in the past is just go to play store and literally just type in "private browser" and choose one. I ended up using one called Duck Duck Go (idk why it was just the highest rated one at the time) but it's worked pretty well for me so far.
