I think he is like step brother with Noah and Cesar. Remember that in a chapter Noah said to Cesar that he saw a ghost when he was little, a woman who lived like a ghost . That woman was brought to palace (I forgot the reason why ) but I think she was a concubine for the king . That had silver hair like Oscar and violet eyes, but Oscar has the king’s eyes (red) . This is my theory
