I believe they are both palace employees. We saw Yoosung (the black haired woman) a lot in season 2 when there was a lot of hullabaloo about Wolfgang’s royal clothing, I think she’s either a seamstress or an attendant. I’m not sure of the brown haired woman’s name, but I think she works in the kitchens (???)

I dont recall them... and by the way I can see all of you talking about wolfgang need a woman to have a child..look guys there so many offspring of the late king I think one of them is suitable to be a king like wolfgang so I didnt think having a child of wolfgang owns is necessary..
