You do know execution orders were on his head as soon as he transformed? If he had fought back he would only have gotten more hurt, saying 'it hurt' earned him a punch from Levi. He didn't even know what sex was until that happened! That makes his breakdown all the more painful, he didn't even know what was wrong! All the while the thoughts in his mind were probably "What's happening to me?" "Why?", does that sound like he WANTED to get raped?
To tell you the truth I liked it kinda wish it kept going and to the people out there that think eren would fight back I totally agree maybe in eren's heart he wanted what he got if I didn't want what he got why didn't he fought back?
