If you want to translate it by google you will need Korean alphabet, Goggle ofc and raws so:
1. You will look at the raws and alphabet
2. Copy every letter that looks the same as in raws then "create words out of them"
3. Then you translate it and done
Btw after you do it you CAN do proofreading and after only you have left clearing the bubbles with text, typesetting (eventually you will have to redraw if the raws are bad quality)

Would you guys still read it even though it would be translated by Google?
