Yes I guess but I m not 100%sure tbh coz I don't know what they r saying xd.. & the Seme will be shot by a gun, the uke will try to save him but the Seme once again saves the uke n that's how he will get gun shot... N that will be the moment when the Seme realised that uke is the boy he saved n loved when he was a kid...
So I read the latest Korean raws, thoh I don't understand completely but this is what happened as far as I understood.. Skip if u don't want to read it

The Seme n uke met during childhood & they shared many memories together like the Seme giving cotton candy to the crying uke, eventually Seme started developing feelings for uke when he was very young I guess & one day while crossing the road in order to save the uke from a truck the Seme got into an accident that's how he received the scar, the Seme thought that the uke must have gotten into an accident as well... After the accident the Seme couldn't find uke at all & one day he happen to cross path with a boy (blond guy with glasses) with scars on his hand, that's where the misunderstandings began.. The Seme thought that boy was the uke & so he had been harbouring feelings for that blonde for a long time.. & yes the boy in the photo with the Seme is the blonde dude... Latest raws: the Seme found out that saehyeon the uke spy is the boy he met during childhood n not the blonde... & during the accident that happened while they were kids, the uke didn't get injured at all so he doesn't have any scars.... PS. Seme has fallen for uke long before he found out that uke was actually the boy he loved when he was a kid.. I hope my translation makes sense lol coz that's what happening..
