Uhmm as what I remember they are both have disability. The one is mute/deaf and the other one is actually blind in one eye.
One of them is deaf while the other almost blind (one eye) due to accident. Tho his other eyes also deteriorating.
I mean other eye (no plural). Sheeshh how many eyes can one have
