4º- Ore Monogatari
5º- Special A
6º- Ouran Highschool Host Club

8º- Ao Haru Ride

like art or story?
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/mahou_tsukai_no_yome/ unique plot and setting and the art is stunning. The romance is...lovely...no cranky or arrogant adolescent boy.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/dengeki_daisy/ Art is pretty nice and the romance is kinda lovely I think...plus the plot is more than just "Will senpai notice me." that a lot of shoujo mangas have.

http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/mars_souryo_fuyumi/ lovely story...there's more depth to it than a lot of shoujo which I like. Its sweet and builds up an emotional connection.

http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/keishichou_tokuhanka_007/ has actual plot...romance is slow and built up pretty sweetly. No angst, plenty of humor and sexual tension. Episodic but sometimes those build the relationships better than stories situated around a relationship
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/orange_marmalade/ has sad moments but ends well...deals with more serious issues like prejudice and forgiving the past
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/high_school_debut/ I adored this one with all the emphasis at the start about how she dresses being unattractive the main falls for her without her changing anything or trying to pretend to be something she's not. Idealistic but sometimes that's nice

there's 10 I think are some of the most beautiful. Not necessarily my 10 favorite :P and there's a lot of famous ones I haven't read. Or finished.
