as the text stated: Noah is the cousin of Felix. They seem to have some differences but because of his qualities Noah and Felix seem to be in contact once in a while because of business negotiations (as u saw from that one glimpse Noah seems to be working with computers so maybe he is managing the budget or the routes) but there also seems to be some distrust or the problems between the two cousins. So they are barely in touch. But now Felix wants to seek out his cousin regarding intel on the omega's past ( and therefore I believe that Noah is actually a pro in "research"> he is an informant for the group and could be the one to find out the omega's real family background)
