Actually i find it is over looked a lot of the times but this girl developed self confidence in herself because of it. and the fact that she was deemed second place in the beauty contest at the end ,was to say you don't have to be the prettiest to fall in love. You can still make an effort to feel pretty and have confidence in who you are. Continue the read i insist

I stopped midway through the second chapter. Its sad when girls try so hard to fit into cookie cutter molds of beauty just so other people will accept them. It never seems like shes doing it for herself, but just so other people will like her.
