Height and weight are also determined by environment...what you eat, what you breathe, health ect...so its possible for one to be taller. what brooks said. enviroment, what they eat or illnesses they had makes the difference, although they share the same dna. it starts already in the mothers womb, one twin gets to eat more than the other. twins also don't share the same finger prints. saw a video once where one twin had a better tolerance to cold weather because of his work.

Ok, while the other people have pointed out some valid facts... Japaness storied anime/manga/TV shows are notoriously bad at knowing anything about basic medical and biological facts. Unless one of those twins is cross dressing and we don't know about it, then they are Not Identical twins. It is Impossible to have Identical twins that have different genders. Identical twins are created when the egg splits and 2 separate babies are formed having the same DNA. Since they both have the same DNA, one twin cannot have XY genes while the other has XX genes. I'm not sure if naming those characters as Identical twins is a translator's mistake or a mistake on the part of the mangaka. Since they are not identical twins, they can obviously have different heights.
