Not in alphabetical order, but there is a 79-page web catalogue available if you click on the yaoi link at the top of this web page. You can modify it by double-clicking any categories you don't want to see, and also by hitting update for more recent selections.

Same with the Shounen ai link. Neither of them are lists per se. More like a gallery of manga covers with links. If you hover your mouse over them, a description pops up.

I don't know of any such list, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. What I suggest is going to the specific story that engages you because of this quality and looking at the lists that are compiled which include that manga. Chances are, there will be some that compiled for manga which share similar characteristics — unless it's a favourites list, in which case, it's just the quality of the story that matters, not the type of story.
