Is the artist western? cause the style is definitely western. If not, then the artist must be influenced a lit by western comics. The art is very very pretty, but too bad, it’s made in modern western style webcomic. I always feel western style webcomic nowadays are too static, too wordy, and too much distractions. For me, this is not a comic, but a visual novel. It feels dead and it’s a waste of the good art, because a lot of background art and colors don’t really contribute to the story. It’s just unnecessary fillers. That’s why, this is more of a visual novel rather than a comic/webcomic. I tried to read more of these western comics on webtoon, especially the most popular ones, but many of them are very hard to like. Although I read mostly manga/manhwa growing up, I also read many classic comics like Donald Duck and Scooby Doo, and they’re great. Very dynamic. Maybe it’s just my preference and me being extra picky..

I somewhat agree. I think the color saturation is quite strong and might not be suitable for readers with sensitive eyes. This kind of art is more suitable for illustration than webcomics, imo. But it's bearable for me and the story is good so far.

Hello, artist here. I think its her first comic but even if she's new, im pretty much impressed with it cos she's made an art style. Its not that wordy to be called visual nov but i think she hasnt had much experience in making webcomics but cant say its visual novel. Even detective conan has more words in one page.
