Questionable Religious Background

So minus the fact that the story is loosely based off of Christian theology, my biggest question is whether or not the story depicts God and Jesus as the same person or not. Because I distinctly remember that Christianity had a big hubaloo during the late Roman Empire whether or not God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit were the same thing. Most of the story falls within acceptable fictional storytelling and imagination, but that scene of God/Jesus was a bit explicit in defining the theology behind the work.

Anyway, JesusxJudas is a bit of a pleasant surprise for me.(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I dunno. Gee but i'm one of those passive christian.. well more likely a agnostic but yep Due to my origin a country which is christian. from culture to family i am acquainted with religious belief. The debate is still on going. Many believed that god and jesus are the same as well as the holy spirit. The holy trinity (the father, the son and the holy spirit) they are one yet separate in entity. More like the governing, the purity and the power (this is my own conclusion ok) the governing is the father. the lord creates, mould, dictates and govern everything (Omnipotence, omniscient & omnipresent) the son is the purity for as purity can be defined as innocence, patience, understanding, compassion, sympathy and love. The power is where each and everyone of us are connected. The source of our strength and the will to live. For each of us borrowed this life from god. our spirits are connected to the holy spirit. The very place i believed we borrowed our lives.
