It is said that emperor huang is somehow keeping them there or somewhat cannot take them back there because maybe its much safer for them to be there at the moment.. There is a reason.. and it includes something about Fan loong too forgot the chap.
Why can't they just bring the other loongs back to the heavenly realm to be together again? They can do it slowly if it takes a lot of energy,,, it's just that, they can all also be together in the heavenly realm, it doesn't have to be the human realm, does it?
