I thought of that as well but does this option exist in the manga as well? Because if yes I’d really hope they’d adopt. Heesoo is amazing as we’ve seen with byul. Dojun is lost sometimes but tries hard and has a good heart
Also I think a lot of people here are forgetting adoption exists. Dojun and Heesoo would be amazing adoptive parents if they ever decided to go down that route!
