Sorry for the second reply, I just read Trash of the Count's Family and Eleceed!! I am hooked on TCF— after reading Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint I was afraid that the concept of knowledge of a world through a novel would overlap, but they're quite different despite this. I'm fond of Cale's character too. Eleceed on the other hand seemed to lose my interest a bit? It hurts me more to see cats hurt than it does humans I think that's bad (￣∇￣"). Either way, I'm very thankful for your recommendations!! I had a fun time reading through and I wouldn't have discovered any of them had it not been for your reply! :)

I'm really, really glad you liked the first three since they are all extremely good
(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ I was actually really surprised to hear you hadn't discovered any of them, especially Solo Leveling since it's so popular. Despite that, I still included them and I'm glad to see that they truly did help. Sung Jinwoo is such a badass and I can't gush enough about Kim Dokja x Jonghyuk, I heard there were plenty of shipping moments between them in the novel (which is complete btw if you're curious) but sadly not canon ;_; I like how Cale is weak and strong too xD like he's not buff but he's smart for the sake of slacing. For Eleceed, I had a good time reading about the character development + relationships that are introduced across the manga. It's okay if it's not for you since everyone has different preferences but if it's the cat abuse, then I can assure you it'll quickly end.
A few other really good ones:
One Punch Man (I said it.. I went ahead and said it.. I usually don't recommend this cuz it's so well known already but I'm going to shoot my shot xD Saitama is so op but he doesn't really care for fame and it is so satisfying to see him amaze people)
The Boxer (I love this because the MC is so op but the character development is kinda stagnant since he's just dead throughout the whole thing)
The Beginning After The End (OP mc, I guess I forgot to mention this the first time c': to me it's not as good as the other ones I recommended since they're in a league of their own but it's still pretty good with a fully mature king reincarnated as some kid in the magic world who is like 100000 steps ahead compared to the other kids)
Spy X Family (a family of a spy, esper, and hitman-- i guess they're kinda op? they don't blatantly parade their powers but they are strong behind the scenes and it's funny)
Raise Wa Tanin Ga Li (really cool female lead, she seems like the average joe in the beginning but you'll see that she is mentally really strong and can deal with the psycho ml; however, i will not spoil but there is something about the ml that people generally dislike including me but fl is currently not at all interested in this crazy bastard so i personally dont think its too big of a deal)
Someone also previously said Kusuriya No Hitorigoto, which I can second that it is pretty good. The MC is really clever and the schemes that are unraveled are interesting.
This is not an OP MC type of thing that I've been throwing out but The Horizon was really beautiful and sad. I never really read stories like this, more romancey stuff (which I haven't recommended you since I like op ones more xD) and op peeps but I decided to do it on a whim and it was whew. About two kids travelling straight forward after losing everything to war. Encounter different dangerous things. Eerie art.

Seishun Otome Banchou — LMAO this was HILARIOUS! I have to say that I wasn't very interested at the start because I thought the mc's expressions were a bit over the top, but by the middle I was head over heels in love.

Ojojojo — This one was also hilarious and cute! I felt like I really tagged along to see their life.

Tomo-chan wo Onnanoko — I LOVED this one. The balance between femininity and masculinity that the mc striked lured me in, and compared to the first one I enjoyed this more. Definitely one of my favorites!

Mousou Telepathy — 10/10 and that's all I can say.

I'm a Villainous Daughter, so I'm going to keep the Last Boss — 1000000/10, THANK YOU FOR THIS, there's something I really love about fantasy. Though the romance was a bit rushed and wasn't fully developed, I loved it so much.

Kanojo ni naru hi — a very interesting and beautiful piece which was satisfying in all the right ways. I feel like it was also representative of transgender females and that made the story even more beautiful. 

Mayoke no Darling — The uke's innocence irritated me in the first chap but by the second I was completely invested haha

Yoidore Koi o Sezu — you were right, the art was AMAZING. I didn't know I liked tongues so that's new—

Kunkou Schale — I've definitely read this one before, back before I had an account here! I've been looking for the manga I read to keep track of them, but I haven't been able to find many since I don't recall the names. Thanks!

Shichakushitsu No Midara Na Shinshi — LMAO AIWJWJWJAJ "I have an extreme leg fetish"

Yakuza wo Shibatte Ii desu la? — well damn, I've never before read a yaoi where the top is bondaged AND a Yakuza. It was well developed and cute!

Dendrobates — very interesting! The ending was also interesting.

Henai Fumouhen — Definitely some of the best yaoi I've ever read. I went ahead and read the authors other yaoi's, and oh my lol

The Descent of The Demonic Master — 10/10 an OP MC and a very interesting history.

Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai vs Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko — this was HILARIOUS and I am very interested in seeing who the mc ends up with, male or female.

Weak Hero — I'm in love with Alex ㅠㅠ I'm pretty sure Ben is too. It's definitely one of my favorites, I cried and laughed and cheered . . . I really loved it.

Brutal: Confessions of a Homocide Investigator — that was oddly satisfying, I really liked the psychological twist and the sort of 'hero' the mc is.

Spare Me, Great Lord! — It was a bit difficult to follow but I enjoyed it!

Megumi and Tsugumi — One of my favorite BL's, I've read this one before hehe!

Reincarnated into Demon King Evelogia's World — wtf did I just read LMAO

Sweat and Soap — "Who knew it would be so exciting, knowing that we'd be together the next day."

Ao Ashi — still reading!

Thank you so much for the extra recommendations, I'll check them out, I have read a few of those! I mainly read yuri and yaoi, so that's why I don't typically look at other genres even though I love them too. I was too lazy to go out and choose mangas so I figured I'd just read what people recommend haha! I don't have specific tastes so I tend to enjoy anything.
