When Art left the cave with Sylvia he found himself in a forest and Tess was being kidnapped by ppl but Art saved her and brought her back to the Elf kingdom. :)
She's the elf that Art met in the forest when he left Sylvie's(i forgot spelling) dragon mom. They were kids that time. Tess is a princess, so when they travelled back to the elf city (or something) Art got some real good accommodations then he trained for a bit with Tess's grandfather; they found out about his abilities yada yada. He wants to see if his parents are still alive so they went to Tess's grandmother (jk i dont know anymore) or grandfather's friend then boom, a magic ball that locates Art's parents and make Art talk to them. I forgot how he went to his parent's tho, so, the end.
