Your comment is like 3 years old, but I think its left to right. I picked up a physical copy and it was left to right.
(I was still reading it backwards out of habit)
It's pretty good, I just read first chapter though but I come back here when I finish the drama. Oh btw should I read this from left to right or right to left, i was confused a little at first but understood everything though
