An argument could be made. For example, suha JUST escaped being raped himself by the redhead. He’s not in the right mind space. When the seme said he wanted to do it, suha pictured being assaulted instead of total enthusiasm. The only reason he’s saying “yes” right now is because he feels responsible for the seme bring drugged and almost raped. While he may be saying “ok” Suha isn’t doing it for the right reasons.
Basically, my point being that Suha was hesitant and uncomfortable instead of being completely on board.
Still NOT rape. The director wasn't in his right mind (drugged), and Suha wasn't drunk, or drugged and even though he had that experience prior meeting him, he still has the clear mind to say no.
