You don't need to be a native speaker of the language if you want to translate. As long as you know the language enough and you're confident to do it. The translators just need to improve. Stop being rude y'all.
I understand the Translator's Notes since I speak the same language and they put a lot of slang in it which is very ..VERY annoying I swear imma slap this person and I agree with you since the translation is poor and kinda Google based.
