His sister won't be able to do anything. She's a kisaeng, a lowborn. She has no power. SH can literally do anything he pleases. Her being there is more likely to result in her or NK getting hurt than the two of them escaping. She's really naive and stupid for showing up and acting that way - I don't really know what she was expecting to achieve. Of course I'd want her to get NK out of there and it's nice to see that she cares about him to this extent, but realistically speaking nothing good could come out of this.
exactly!!! that’s what I’ve been saying people dream way too much it’s so clear in the way the story is developing that his sister won’t save him and that makes me feel bad for her cause everyone is gonna start hating on her since “she was my only hope” etc... when she just wanted to help her brother, they have way to much expectations
True! I think most readers are just desperate at this point and sick of seeing NK abused time and time again and so they cling onto every single person that doesn't have the personality of a rotting garbage can. Problem is, it is often misplaced. Many people put their faith in Kim for instance and look at him, he's keeping his mouth shut.
yes!! I completely agree honestly this is very controversial but the author is really bad at the storyline etc.. like that whole kidnapping thing I feel like it didn’t bring any development or change in the story it is like we are back at square one and it sucks cause like I feel like we will keep on going in circles and it makes me upset, and now no matter how they (the author) “fixes” this situation it’s already too much
I completely agree. The author could have done so much with the whole kidnapping plot and yet it was only used to bring two side characters together - characters that not all readers are interested in reading about. As for SH and NK's relationship... yeah, we're going in circles alright. Chapter 63-65 is basically a repeat of ch 26-28. Personally, I won't give up on the story just yet 'cause I'm too invested but if it keeps going downhill like this I probably will somewhere down the line. It's a shame really, this manhwa had so much potential.
