Why does the twins status as illegitimate children causes their powers that comes from being a part of the imperial family to be flawed?
For example, their healing powers aren’t effective since scars appeared from their abuse during their time in Delorina Castle. And they didn’t completely manifest into their adult forms.
Is it because of the “impure” blood that comes from their mother? Do the twins really have to be born of pure noble blood from both sides of the parents?
