H E L P ! ! !

There was this one manga but I forget the name of it. Basically, there is one dude who is short and has blond hair. One night he was walking with his friends after drinking and then he walked off by himself because he needed to get home. When he walked off, he met a police officer who had black hair and was taller than him. He was sort of angry that he was shorter than the police officer while the police officer was worried that the dude was a kid who got their hands on some alcohol. The police officer asks for the dude's ID and helps take the dude home.
The manga is really cute & sweet and I sadly can't remember the name because it's been a while since I've read it. Does anyone know what it is because all I can remember about the name is that it might have the word "sweet" in it.
